S.T.A.Y.™ current position for Active portion of portfolio: CASH – S.T.A.Y. Plus™

Our indicators are right on the line between a BUY & SELL.  Either signal would be very fragile, therefore we are waiting for the very short term in CASH until one of the two signals becomes a bit more confirmed.  Last week after moving to CASH, the market moved up two days and then down for two days with a very small upwards net gain.  Time will tell if this turns out to be an intermediate top in a continuing bear market or a breakout into a possible new BULL market.
