Protracted Downtrend Continues

S.T.A.Y. Plus™ current position for Active portion of portfolio:  "CASH" 

As of last Friday, March 28th, the market was down ~ 7% for the month (see the large red bar on the monthly chart below). At this point, there are no compelling signs of the market turning around so we will continue to hold defensive / money market type securities and will be converting some cash into these securities as well. 

As always, we will continue to monitor things daily and when the market has proven that it's primed to move up consistently, we will re-invest accordingly.
