Market Inching Higher

S.T.A.Y. Plus™ current position for Active portion of portfolio:  "BUY"

Last week the market inched higher, notching a new all-time high of 5878. The net gain for the week was well under 1%. It would appear that the market is in some sort of slightly optimistic holding pattern until the election. We will remain invested but continue to monitor the trend, ready to react to any major changes.
