New High; Momentum Slows

S.T.A.Y. Plus™ current position for Active portion of portfolio:  "BUY"

Last week the market continued it's upward movement to a new all-time high, although it's momentum began to slow. It is unclear whether this slowing momentum is the beginning of a downturn or the market simply catching it's breath before continuing it's upward movement. We are monitoring it daily and will adjust our portfolios accordingly. For now, the active parts of our portfolios will stay invested in the market.
