Market Pushes Sideways

S.T.A.Y. Plus™ current position for Active portion of portfolio:  "BUY"

Last week the market high and the market low were very similar to the previous week's high and low (see the last two green bars on the chart below). Apparently, the market hasn't made up it's mind on which way it wants to go just yet. In the mean time, we will remain invested. A look at the monthly chart shows a little more variance, but not much. It would seem that something has to break loose soon (up or down). We will stay the course until the market shows us otherwise.
