Market Fizzled...

S.T.A.Y. Plus™ current position for Active portion of portfolio:  "CASH + Limited Equity Exposure" 

Last week the market attempted to build upon the previous week's optimism, but it fizzled. Early in the week it was hanging in there, but by the end of the shortened week, the optimism had faded. Currently, we remain largely in cash and money market equivalent securities. Last week we did add two minority positions in the "active" portfolio. These mutual funds have managed to do well in the recent up and down market conditions. We will continue to monitor the situation and look for opportunities to add gains with minimal risk.
