Lower Low Last Week

S.T.A.Y. Plus™ current position for Active portion of portfolio:  "CASH" 

Although last week the market did achieve a higher high, relative to the prior week, ultimately, the downward pressure pushed it to a lower low, finishing well below where it started (see the red bar to the far right of the weekly graph). We will continue to hold in cash until the market stabilizes. It is unclear if the January 20th inauguration will create some volatility, which could easily happen and in which case, cash is a good place to be.
