Cash Position Remains

S.T.A.Y. Plus™ current position for Active portion of portfolio:  "CASH" 

We have now been in cash / money market for 2.5 weeks, which has keep our portfolios from a lot of the carnage that has occurred. The market has made a few attempts to rally, but none have gotten over the proverbial hump, including today's effort. In order to move back into a "Buy" position, we would like to see the market stabilize  above the 200-day moving average.  Today's positive activity brought it to just below this mark. It is important to see that things are back on tack before jumping in, as there are often partial retracements before continuations of downward trends. We will continue to monitor our technical indicators daily and move back in when a positive trend is confirmed.
