Calm Between The Storms?

Last week the market recovered / stabilized slightly. We are cautiously optimistic but still not totally convinced that things have bottomed out yet. While the weekly chart shows last week in green, it's still in a down trend (lower low and a lower high as compared to the previous week).

We are considering taking a small position in our "active" portfolio with some securities that have been able to weather the recent volatility (ups as well as downs). Stay tuned for a decision on that this week.
