S.T.A.Y. Plus™ current position for Active portion of portfolio:  "BUY"

Last week the market regained a lot of the ground that it had given up. It still has not established a new all-time high, however, the technical indicators are positive and the momentum appears to be heading in that direction. As of today, we are back into the market and out of cash. We will continue to monitor it closely and make adjustments if the downtrend resumes.
