S.T.A.Y. Plus™ current position for Active portion of portfolio:  "BUY"

Last week the market pulled back some of the gains from the post-election exuberance buying. Several key technical indicators are still pointing solidly to maintaining our "BUY" position. We will continue forward and have no reason to assume that the market is going to turn down. As always, we will continue to monitor the technicals and remain ready to make changes should the market show signs of turning.
